I'm Olivia, a Pilates instructor and professional dancer based in Dubai. With a strong background in dance, my journey naturally evolved into Pilates around 5 years ago, where I discovered a deeper connection to movement, control and body awareness. This passion led me to qualify as an instructor so I could share that experience with others.
