Recovery Pods
Everything you need to know about our private Recovery Pods, including infrared sauna, ice plunge, contrast therapy and what to expect during your visit.
What are Recovery Pods?
What are Recovery Pods?
Our Recovery Pods are your private wellness sanctuary - a space to slow down, recharge and give your body the recovery it deserves.
Each 55-minute private session includes exclusive access to:
- Infrared Sauna
- Ice Plunge
- Rain Shower Therapy
Enjoy each experience at your own pace and create a recovery routine that works best for you.
What is an Infrared Sauna?
Unlike a traditional sauna, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to gently warm your body from within rather than simply heating the air around you. This creates a comfortable, soothing heat that encourages deep relaxation.
Many people use infrared saunas to help:
- Relax and unwind
- Ease muscle soreness
- Improve circulation
- Support post-workout recovery
- Reduce stress
- Promote overall wellbeing
What is an Ice Plunge?
An ice plunge, also known as cold water immersion, involves immersing your body in cold water for a short period of time. While it may sound challenging, many people find it incredibly refreshing and energising.
Ice plunges may help:
- Reduce muscle soreness after exercise
- Support recovery
- Increase alertness and energy
- Improve circulation
- Build mental resilience
If you're new to cold therapy, don't worry, start with a shorter duration and listen to your body.
What is Rain Shower Therapy?
After your sauna or ice plunge, enjoy our rain shower, designed to help you transition comfortably between hot and cold therapies.
The gentle rainfall shower helps you cool down, refresh and reset before continuing your recovery session or heading back to your day.
Do I have to use all three experiences?
Not at all.
Your Recovery Pod is completely private for 55 minutes, so you're free to use the infrared sauna, ice plunge and rain shower however you like. Spend more time in the sauna, enjoy multiple hot-and-cold cycles, or simply relax. It's your session, your way.
What is Contrast Therapy
What is Contrast Therapy
Contrast Therapy is the practice of alternating between heat and cold, typically by moving between an infrared sauna and an ice plunge. The combination is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, re-energised and recovered.
Many people use contrast therapy to:
- Support muscle recovery after exercise
- Improve circulation
- Reduce muscle soreness
- Promote relaxation
- Boost energy and mental clarity
- Support overall wellbeing
The best part? There's no one "right" way to enjoy it. During your 55-minute private Recovery Pod session, you're free to move between the sauna, ice plunge and rain shower at your own pace.
