Bio

Natasha’s path into yoga and higher consciousness began at just 14, evolving into a dedicated teaching practice spanning over 15 years. Her work is rooted in both lived experience and deep study, shaped by a lifelong commitment to personal transformation and the science of the human body and mind.

Her formal training led her to Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, where she completed her 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa certification at the Samanvaya Vidya Dham Ashram under renowned Bihar master and Swami Sushant Pandey. She later advanced her studies in Pavones, completing her 300-hour training with a focus on advanced Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, fascia and meridian line healing, as well as extensive studies in anatomy, physiology, and ancestral mind–body practices.

Natasha’s teaching is multidimensional—bridging ancient wisdom with modern science. She holds an Interpersonal Neurobiology diploma from Mindstitute and a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, reflecting a rare balance between intuitive, humanistic teaching and strategic, real-world understanding.

Alongside her spiritual work, Natasha has played a key role in launching and scaling some of London’s most recognised wellness brands, including Barry’s Bootcamp. Her innovative approach to wellbeing has been featured in OK! Magazine, where her Chroma Meditation work gained recognition for supporting high-profile clients including Meghan Markle. Her curiosity around healing extends into water-based therapies and natural medicine. She trained with the Chartered Institute for Naturopathic Medicine in cranial therapy and Ayurvedic champissage. She is also a certified freediver, bringing a unique, embodied understanding of breath, nervous system regulation, and flow.At her core, Natasha is a humanistic and altruistic educator—guiding students not only through physical practice, but through a deeper reconnection to self, awareness, and intuitive, inner intelligence.
